Veronica Memorial Chapels (VMC) was founded in 1968 by the late Maximo "Momoy" de Leon, who earned his expertise in the line of mortuary services, as early as fifteen years old.

VMC is one of the pioneers in the industry in Pasay City, situated at 517 Arnaiz St., Pasay City. The 3 story VMC Building is seated in a 1,200 sq.m. lot, containing 9 big chapels including a public chapel which can accommodate 3-4 wakes at the same time.
